Site Backups - A full backup of your website will be completed including any databases. Support Session - A support session is defined by individual problems which can take as little as ten minutes or up to a few days. Restore Overwrite - A full overwrite is completed on your website with the files I have backed up previously. Restore Advanced - File(s) or the database(s) is specified and provided by quote.
